rude housekeeping

We had multiple issues . Housekeeping knocked excessively on our door early in the morning, causing a rude awakening. It was frustrating that we specifically arrived early to avoid problems, only to find the front desk staff had stepped away before closing.

Everything there was exceptional. Friendly service offered, quiet room with many other important amenities and the bedroom to cool down, as for instance. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Easy to get to, great and peaceful location next to restaurants, shopping stores, the outskirts of Yakima, and shopping stores. Also, right across the street from a medium sized shopping mall. Great stay, as always.

Clean and Comfortable Stay

The staff were friendly and ensured my check-in was smooth. The room was well-equipped with a kitchenette that came in handy for my meals. I was disappointed that there was no coffee available in the lobby.

The Queen Suite I stayed in had a nice size, feel spacious. The bed offered excellent comfort, nice for a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped with necessary items like pots and pans.
